Pelvis side: Inside
As the pubic bone is aligned work up the pelvis starting on the inside of the pelvis. The Restriction Indicator or tender point is on the inside of the pelvis pushing from the middle of the body toward the outside of the hip hitting against the bone.
Pelvis side: Outside and Underneath
Move out to the side of the pelvis and push toward the belly button looking for a Restriction Indicator. Another place to look for a Restriction Indicator is underneath the pelvis pushing up toward the shoulders.
