RJR: Ribs
When the pubic bone is out of alignment the entire pelvis is off. The backbones above the pelvis slide out of place and the rib can no longer fit in the driveway on the back bone. When the ribs are out of place the shoulder blade and shoulder cannot fit properly. When the ribs are out of place there is commonly pain in the trunk, shoulder, shoulder blade, arm or head. Breathing can also be uncomfortable or difficult. If it hurts to breathe in the ribs are typically stuck on the front. When blowing out is more uncomfortable it is usually a rib that is stuck on the back. The treatment for the ribs on the back is the backward bending position
