When you have a headache, shoulder pain, back pain, or trouble with a leg joint like the knee this is commonly coming from a pelvis that is not in neutral alignment. When the bones of the pelvis are off even slightly this can cause pain anywhere in the body. By doing simple stretches to put the pelvic bones back in place the leg length can become equal to the other one and the backbones can line up the way they are supposed to. Simple exercises can make a huge difference in reducing pain in the body. These photos show how the pelvis should line up and how it can easily be out of place making one leg longer than the other.
